Event Details

The Shadow Hills Nature Journal Club comes to Arlington Garden every first Thursday of the month this Spring through June. Originally scheduled to take place at the Eaton Canyon Nature Center beginning in January, we have welcomed the group to hold nature journal sessions onsite here from 9:30-11:30am. The meet up is led by Terri Mando, who also hosts nature journaling groups across the region inspired by naturalist, artist, and educator John Muir Laws' methodology of nature journaling. Shadow Hills Nature Journal Club is dedicated to help develop artistic and naturalist skills, and to nurture a deepening love of nature. People are invited to explore nature through curiosity, look closely and record their observations.  All are welcome to join with an RSVP at this link.
